Job summary

ABB is seeking a Treasury Accounting & Controls Specialist to join the Treasury Middle Office and Controls team. You will own treasury accounting, month-end close, and ensure accurate reconciliations across Kyriba and SAP within ABB Robotics.

The role focuses on building the treasury operating model, enhancing systems, and driving automation and data analytics, in a flexible Europe-based setting with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years in treasury accounting or related middle office roles in a multinational.
• Strong month-end closing, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Knowledge of treasury products: loans, FX forwards/swaps, cash pools, investments.
• Experience with Kyriba and SAP; ERP experience preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Own treasury accounting & month-end close.
• Ensure reconciliations and controls between Kyriba, SAP and other systems.
• Manage treasury data setup including bank accounts, cash pools, loans, FX.
• Strengthen processes, policies, and controls; support SOX and audits.
• Support treasury systems enhancements and integrations.
• Drive automation and data analytics for treasury processes.
