Job summary

TechnipFMC is looking for a seasoned Project Operations Manager (POM) to lead the SQDC performance across the Operations Package from tender through execution. You will coordinate with the VSO team and project vessel OCMs, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding TechnipFMC standards.

You will leverage 8–10 years of offshore installation and operations experience, with strong subsea knowledge, to drive risk-aware decisions and continuous improvement across the project.

Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in projects (engineering, construction, offshore installation and operations).
• Extensive knowledge of subsea activities including offshore installation techniques and assets.
• Experience in asset operation or service delivery, preferably in iEPCI-type projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation package is planned and executed within time, budget and QHSES requirements.
• Prepare and validate the Project Execution Plan for tender and execution stages.
• Act as primary contact towards VSO dept and project vessel's OCMs for day-to-day operations.
• Promote a strong HSE and Quality mindset within the Operations organisation.
• Oversee installation engineering integration with VSO/non-VSO activities and procurement.
• Manage risks and opportunities; implement proper mitigations.
