Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking an Installation Engineering Manager to recruit, develop and deploy Installation Engineers for Subsea Projects & Operations. You will lead the discipline, supervise engineering quality and coordinate cross-functional support from global centers to ensure timely delivery across all project phases.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years subsea experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 5 years in subsea engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Structured with high quality and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, planning and allocation of Installation Engineers within I&C for Subsea Projects.
• Ensure delivery of engineering work across project stages from study to decommissioning.
• Coordinate with global engineering centers and other disciplines to meet project needs.
• Maintain manpower plans and costs within defined budgets.
• Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of discipline practices.
