TechnipFMC plc in Kongsberg seeks a Manager, Installation & Intervention Engineering to lead an IE team across the VSO/Project lifecycle. You will recruit, develop and allocate resources for installation engineers within the I&C function, coordinating with global centers to ensure delivery and quality of engineering work.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years subsea experience, strong leadership and English fluency, with a focus on safety, processes, and collaborative execution.

Formación

• Engineering degree required (BSc/MSc or equivalent).
• Fluent written and verbal English is essential.
• Minimum 5 years in subsea engineering or related sectors.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead installation engineering teams across the project lifecycle.
• Recruit, develop, and allocate resources for IEs in the I&C department.
• Coordinate with other centers to deliver engineering support.
• Ensure quality and compliance with TechnipFMC processes.
