Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the SQDC performance across the Operations Package scope for a major project in Kongsberg, Norway. You will drive the Project Operations Execution Plan during Tender and Execution, coordinating with VSO and onshore teams to ensure installation readiness and handover to the Client.

You will champion HSE and Quality, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with TechnipFMC processes and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

MSc/BSc in Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
Extensive experience in Subsea operations and installation engineering.
Strong ability to make risk-based decisions across complex projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation package is planned, organised and executed within time, budget, and QHSES requirements.
Prepare and validate the Project Execution Plan for Operations Packages at tender and execution stages.
Act as primary contact to manage day-to-day operations with VSO and non-VSO activities and onshore support.
Promote a strong HSE and Quality mindset within the Operations organisation.
Oversee installation engineering, procurement, subcontracting, expediting, testing and logistics to meet schedule and budget.
