Job summary

IKM Gruppen AS is seeking a highly experienced Structural Integrity specialist to act as the Technical Functional Authority for the asset. The role involves managing risk-based integrity programs, anomaly management, and root cause analyses, with responsibility for scopes of work and budgets.

The position requires leadership in integrity management, strong collaboration across disciplines, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical or structural engineering, particularly in structural integrity.
• In-depth knowledge of risk-based management principles (RBA/RBI).
• Proven experience with anomaly management, technical condition evaluation, and barrier status assessment.
• Proficiency in conducting root cause analyses and damage investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a technical authority and provide specialist support.
• Familiarity with integrity management systems and relevant industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Language: English

Responsibilities

• -Act as the Technical Functional Authority (TFA) for Structural Integrity within the asset.
• -Manage the risk-based structural integrity program, including updating RBA/RBI plans based on inspection results.
• -Contribute to anomaly management, evaluating technical conditions, and assessing risks.
• -Approve scopes of work and personnel qualifications for planned inspection activities.
• -Lead root cause analyses on relevant equipment and share lessons learned.
• -Provide discipline support on structural integrity to the wider organization.
• -Monitor relevant KPIs and provide input for the integrity management budget.
• -Contribute to the development and improvement of management systems, work processes, and tools.
