Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Stavanger seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities. You will coordinate offshore and onshore teams, and develop detailed 2-week work orders and campaign-based maintenance plans.

The role emphasizes safety, proactive problem solving, and cross-team collaboration in a demanding industrial environment. This is a 1-year assignment starting September 2026 through September 2027, based in Stavanger.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance engineering for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Strong ability to plan and coordinate maintenance work in a complex operational environment.
Experience developing work order schedules and campaign-based maintenance plans.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
Excellent collaboration with technicians, management and support teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Facilitate safe and efficient execution of maintenance work with offshore and onshore teams.
Coordinate all work within your engineering discipline.
Develop and compile comprehensive 2-week work order plans.
Create and manage plans for campaign-based maintenance projects.
