Job summary

IKM Consultants AS is seeking a skilled professional to support oil and gas projects in Stavanger or Oslo. The role covers early phase and execution phase work, emphasizing interface management, risk, and technical queries within a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should hold an engineering degree and bring a proactive mindset to improve and streamline project workflows. This is a 12-month assignment starting October 2026, with full-time on-site work in Norway.

Qualifications

• Multidiscipline understanding across project scopes is essential.
• Subsea experience is preferred to support offshore projects.
• Proactive mindset with drive to improve and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and standardize project documentation.
• Prepare decision gate packages and support management review activities.
• Set up, structure, and organize PIMS systems and routines for projects (e.g., Interface, Technical Queries modules).
• Handle and coordinate multidiscipline topics, including interface management, risk, and technical queries.
• Establish and maintain well-structured information management, planner boards, and action lists.
• Support the development of the design basis and functional requirements for projects.
