Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Still Portfolio Senior Manager to drive Kroger-focused growth from Cincinnati, collaborating with sales leads, bottling partners and Kroger merchants.

You will develop strategic plans, lead initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights to advance Still Portfolio performance across the Kroger network. The role requires in-person work at the Cincinnati office, frequent travel, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years National Sales experience (per ad).
• Experience with eCommerce and retail technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and plans to grow Still Portfolio categories.
• Develop and execute a customer-focused business plan for Still Portfolio.
• Partner with Total Sales and bottling system to implement programming.
• Support plans with knowledge, expertise, and global insights.
• Lead Kroger-specific strategic sales initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Foster partnerships with Kroger merchants and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate data reporting and insights to improve results.
