StormGeo Energy Analytics is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe. You will build and manage a strong pipeline with energy companies, traders and utilities, translating commercial challenges into value propositions.
In this role, you will lead value-based sales processes from initial dialogue to contract negotiation, while collaborating with market analysts, product specialists and data scientists.
StormGeo Energy Analytics is a growing part of StormGeo, building a new generation of analytics services for the European energy and power markets. Our subscription-based platform combines high-quality weather data, forecasts, market analysis and quantitative insights to help energy professionals make better decisions, manage risk and improve commercial performance.
We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth.
In this role, you will build and develop relationships with energy companies, power traders, asset owners, utilities and large industrial customers across Europe. The role combines new business development with growing and strategically developing existing customer relationships.
You will be responsible for understanding customers’ commercial challenges and connecting them with relevant solutions across short-term forecasting, intraday and day-ahead markets, weather fundamentals, hydrology, forward markets and long-term energy analytics.
Location: Norway, or other StormGeo locations within Europe. Hybrid or remote.
You do not need to be a market analyst or meteorologist. However, you should be curious about how weather, markets, generation, demand and infrastructure interact, and able to turn that understanding into customer value.
At StormGeo, we combine technology, weather intelligence and human expertise to help our customers make better decisions. As a part of StormGeo Energy Analytics, you will join a growing, international team working at the intersection of meteorology, energy markets, data science and technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the continued growth of our business in Europe. You will work closely with experienced market analysts and product specialists, with significant influence on how we develop our commercial approach and customer relationships.
We offer a highly skilled and collaborative working environment, where we value professional credibility, curiosity and long-term customer relationships.
If you are motivated by complex markets, meaningful customer dialogue and building growth in a specialist business, we would like to hear from you!
