Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology.
• 8–15 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical reliability role.
• 10+ years in reliability engineering experience.
• 3+ years in GCC countries.
• Experience with rotating and stationary equipment in Oil & Gas/Refinery.
• Leadership experience in equipment strategy reviews.
• Formal training in reliability or risk-based equipment strategy (RCM-II or similar).
• CMMS experience (SAP preferred) for PM modules.
• Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis and reliability studies.
• Good computer skills; exposure to large databases and SQL.
