Head Energy Consulting AS seeks a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to design and implement integrated OT/IT architectures for offshore projects, lead cybersecurity risk assessments, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with OT, IT, networking and cybersecurity in industrial settings.
• At least 3 years experience in the oil-field domain (non-drilling).
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Background in offshore instrumentation & control (I&C) systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated OT/IT architectures for offshore oil-field projects.
• Manage interface control documents and ensure seamless hand-offs between disciplines.
• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation strategies for operational networks.
• Coordinate with offshore I&C teams to align control system designs with safety and reliability standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cross-domain issues spanning networking, control, and security.
• Support project execution by providing technical guidance and engineering deliverables.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration baselines.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, translating technical concepts into clear actions.
• Participate in change-control processes and ensure compliance with client and industry policies.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in integrated system design.
