Job summary

Soben, Part of Accenture – Norway is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Norway. You will support commercial delivery and pre-contract estimating for major projects, with emphasis on MEP or CSA disciplines and Nordic market familiarity.

You will deliver cost models, advise on design options, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and supply chains to ensure value and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with suitable accreditation.
• MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Experience on large-scale projects in Norway/Nordics.
• Proficiency with estimating tools and cost data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates across major projects.
• Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services.
• Analyse design docs to identify cost drivers.
• Support procurement and tendering processes.
• Collaborate with clients and partners on cost models.
• Review design development for cost implications.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to regional cost intelligence data.
• Provide commercial advice during feasibility and design.
• Drive digital cost management initiatives.
