Job summary

KONGSBERG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of autonomous maritime systems within the Discovery division. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and manage customer relationships to ensure successful transitions from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology development projects involving multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and able to deliver results through others.
• Understands relation between technology, risk, and commercial performance.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication in Norwegian and English.
• Able to understand technical trade-offs and drive decisions across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development projects within autonomous maritime systems, both above and below the surface.
• Create the conditions for teams to succeed, enjoy their work, and continuously improve together.
• Ensure project objectives related to quality, schedule, risk management, and financial performance are achieved.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams of highly qualified professionals.
• Ensure a structured transition from concept and design through testing, verification, and delivery.
