EG is seeking an AI-native Product Manager for Landax to shape intelligent features, write clear requirements, and prototype rapidly with AI tools. You will work closely with engineering, UX and QA, translating customer feedback into sharp problem statements and solutions.

The role offers ownership from day one and a chance to influence product direction across the Nordics and beyond. The role is based in Oslo or Tønsberg with modern tooling from day one and coaching from senior product leaders.

Qualificações

• 2 to 4 years in product management, product ownership, business analysis or a similar role.
• Everyday use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
• Fluent English and fluent Danish or Norwegian, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical grasp of AI capabilities, privacy and bias.
• Coaching from experienced product leaders.
• Modern tooling from day one.
• Real ownership and influence from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Shape AI-native features in Landax by defining the use case, success measures and quality guardrails with the team.
• Talk to customers often; turn interviews into sharp problem statements and opportunities.
• Use AI tools to research markets and prototype ideas in hours.
• Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering, UX and QA to shorten path to release.
• Prioritize by customer value, effort and business impact; use data and experiments to adjust course.
• Support sales with product expertise and collaborate on go-to-market activities.
