Job summary

If, the Nordics' leading insurer, is seeking a Senior Product Owner and Digital Business Developer to shape the next generation of mobility products. You will balance customer needs, business goals, and technology, guiding an agile squad and coaching junior POs.

Explore AI-enabled development and participate in broader product management initiatives to improve ways of working. You will join a hybrid workplace across the Nordics with some travel, and start ASAP.

Senior PO & Digital Business Developer

What are we looking for?

You have solid experience as a Product Owner, ideally from a larger organization with complex dependencies. You’re comfortable balancing customer needs, business goals, technology, and stakeholder expectations—and you know how to create clarity when there are many perspectives around the table.

You’re happy to share your views, but equally good at listening. You enjoy helping teams find smarter ways to solve problems, including exploring how AI can improve products and ways of working. Experience of AI-assisted development, financial services, or car insurance is a plus, but not a requirement. Understanding Swedish would be an advantage.

About the role

You’ll join the Mobility Tribe as a digital Senior Product Owner, leading the work of one of our agile squads. You’ll explore customer and business needs, set priorities, align stakeholders, and help the team turn ideas into valuable solutions.

You’ll also be an active member of our Product Owner community, where you’ll share your experience, challenge established ways of thinking, and help us continue developing how we work with product management. As a senior colleague, you’ll support and coach less-experienced Product Owners and take the lead on broader strategic initiatives.

About the team

Most of your day-to-day work will happen within the Tribe. Partly with other POs, partly with stakeholders and partly with your agile team. When it comes to reporting lines, you will be part of a group of Digital Managers reporting to the Mobility Tribe Business Owner. We all work to make car insurance a little bit more hassle-free and smooth.
