Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the portfolio. You will be the first PM, then scale the function by hiring and leading future managers, aligning with engineering, design, data, and leadership to deliver meaningful user value globally.

You will drive growth, retention, and monetization through a disciplined product process, experimentation, and a clear roadmap, shaping Scrambly's competitive edge in adtech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, with ownership of complex consumer or mobile products.
• Proven track record leading products through growth with strategy and outcomes.
• Experience scaling products for large user bases and managing scale complexity.
• Experience defining and owning long-term product vision and strategy, not just roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in product analytics and experimentation.
• Experience collaborating with designers on UX and user research; cross-functional leadership.
• Comfort with regulatory/privacy constraints and translating them into product decisions.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and execution across Scrambly's portfolio.
• Build and lead the product function, hiring and mentoring PMs over time.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership to deliver value.
• Drive growth, retention, and monetization through roadmap decisions.
• Own prioritization, milestones, and a clear product roadmap aligned with goals.
