URBN is seeking a Senior PD/Production Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end process from style creation through manufacturing and delivery of finished goods. You will ensure right-first-time, aesthetically pleasing styles that meet on-time delivery and quality standards while supporting global expansion and speed-to-customer initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive sourcing or production roles in fashion.
• Experience collaborating with cross functional partners and suppliers.
• Proven ability to drive efficiencies and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production from design through delivery of finished goods.
• Coordinate with Fabric Manager, Design and Technical teams on development.
• Maintain on-time delivery while upholding quality and cost targets.
• Develop supplier relationships and align with category business needs.
• Monitor and optimize style development, timing, and sample evaluation.
• Drive speed-to-market initiatives and seasonal calendar actualization.
