Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Global Senior eCommerce Manager to drive trading, conversion and profitability for CT.com. You will optimise the promotional calendar, align with global partners, and lead a high-performing team to deliver commercial outcomes across markets.

You will own stock readiness, forecasting, landing-page optimisation, and on-site tools, partnering with tech, supply chain and marketing to maximise revenue while protecting brand equity.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of trading levers, forecasting, stock risk and profitability.
• Ability to translate sales, stock and customer data into clear commercial actions.
• Strong communication, influencing and upward stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong technical literacy and proficiency in analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and development of the eCommerce team.
• Align strategic priorities, targets and performance goals with Head of eCommerce.
• Build compelling trading calendars, promotional thresholds and testing plans.
• Analyse weekly/monthly performance and translate into actionable insights.
• Maintain stock visibility, forecast accuracy and operational readiness.
• Partner with Tech, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure launches and inventory availability.
