Job summary

Wise is seeking a Staff Product Designer for the Receive squad to own end-to-end design problems across personal, business and platform customers. You will help double volume by 2027, shaping the experience across multiple currencies and payment methods.

You will think in systems, drive strategy, and raise the design craft with evidence-based direction while using AI where it adds value. You will mentor others and push for a coherent, scalable experience across markets.

You're already using AI tools in your design practice.

Responsibilities

Own the toughest design problems in Receive end to end and set the craft standard for the squad.
Build a deep understanding of how people and businesses get paid globally.
Shape the design strategy for Receive and define outcomes for the roadmap.
Apply systems thinking to unify many currencies and payment methods.
Build vision with evidence-based direction that moves the Receive roadmap.
Raise the standard through feedback and critiques across the squad.
Use AI in daily practice where it earns its place and demonstrates value.
