Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting in Norway seeks a Process Engineer to support assets across oil & gas, renewables, and infrastructure. The role is onshore, with potential offshore travel, and focuses on safe, efficient, and reliable operations within our management systems.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with experts in other disciplines, and contribute to process optimization, EQs, and MOC while upholding standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in relevant discipline.
• 5+ years' work experience within oil and gas preferred.
• Experience with process simulation tools (Hysys/UniSim) and operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify operating procedures and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Optimize production and debottleneck facilities.
• Support operations and project teams with process competence and MOC.
• Participate in Hazop/LOPA/SORA, barrier mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Develop digital solutions and tools to improve ways of working.
