Job summary

Lucid Motors in Norway seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive new and used vehicle sales and develop customer relationships across the premium EV marketplace. The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, CRM activity, and collaboration with the Corporate Sales team while delivering an exceptional retail experience and maintaining Lucid's luxury brand standards.

5–8 years of automotive sales experience and fluency in Norwegian and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience with premium, luxury or EV brands preferred.
• Established professional network for sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and used vehicle sales through prospecting and key account management.
• Build long-term customer relationships via consultative selling and demos.
• Maintain CRM activity to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Finance and Ops to support operations.
• Authorize to provide Santander Consumer Finance and vehicle loan products.
