Qualifications

• 5–8 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with premium, luxury, or EV brands is highly desirable.
• Established network of professional and commercial contacts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and used vehicle sales growth by prospecting opportunities and managing the full sales cycle from lead through delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships via consultative selling and an end-to-end ownership experience.
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and accurate activity to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to support business operations.
