Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive new and used vehicle sales, develop key accounts, and guide customers through the complete ownership journey. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, lead conversion, and business development while upholding Lucid’s luxury brand standards.

A proven track record in automotive sales, a strong network, and deep knowledge of the premium EV marketplace are essential for success. Fluent Norwegian and English are required.

Qualifications

• ,5–8 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience with premium, luxury, or electric vehicle brands.
• Fluent in Norwegian & English.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and used vehicle sales growth from prospecting to delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and demonstrations.
• Guide customers through ownership, balancing satisfaction with pricing integrity.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM accuracy to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to support sales.
