Alstom in Oslo is seeking a Senior Project Planner to lead the customer project scheduling and support on-time delivery across cross-functional teams.
You will develop and maintain accurate schedules, monitor progress with KPIs, and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Installation, Quality and Safety to ensure milestones are met and risks forecasted, while guiding lookahead planning across functions.

Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You’ll ensure the execution of the customer project schedule, contributing significantly to our on‑time delivery performance. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Engineering Team, Installation Team, Quality, Safety), organize project schedule sessions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring project progress through updates, leading performance follow‑ups with proper KPIs, but also capturing any external events that could impact timelines and providing forecasting and lookahead planning to meet the needs of your stakeholders.
