Job summary

reMarkable in Oslo is seeking a Senior People Advisor to partner with leaders across the organization and shape employee experience. You will advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and change while driving cross-functional People processes using data and insights.

Qualifications

• Solid experience from an HR Business Partner or People Advisor role, including handling organisational change.
• Experience partnering directly with managers and senior leaders.
• Good understanding of Norwegian employment legislation.
• Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects or People processes.
• Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and change.
• Coaching managers on leadership, performance, feedback, and employee development.
• Supporting employee relations matters in accordance with Norwegian employment legislation and internal policies.
• Supporting and driving People processes across the employee lifecycle, using data and insights to address challenges.
• Leading cross-functional People projects from scoping through stakeholder alignment, implementation, and follow-up.
