Job summary

Energy As in Norway seeks an experienced Project Manager for Stavanger/Sandnes on-site assignments. The role focuses on contractual administration, budgeting, and delivering on HSE, quality, and schedule targets.

You will coordinate with customers and external contractors, ensure adherence to company processes, and manage risk and changes throughout project lifecycle. Requires 5-10 years in oil & gas and engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Open and have good management focus and seek best practice experience.
• Proactive and find cost optimal solutions.
• Be close to the customer and the team.
• Have good communication skills, both in writing and oral – English and Norwegian.
• Structural and organized.
• 5-10 years project manager experience from oil and gas industry.
• Technical background and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the projects in the frame agreements with customers, both in M&M contracts and other modification projects.
• Assure and reach The Companys budget and financial results for the projects assigned.
• Execute and fulfill all obligations that is agreed in contracts (HSE, Quality, financial and plan targets).
• Manage external interfaces with other Contractors.
• Assure that The Companys methods and systems are used in Accordance with work processes.
• Assure that the organization has the required and relevant knowledge of regulations, standards and procedures.
• Perform active management of project assigned.
• Perform active risk and change management within projects assigned.
