MDE Stavanger seeks a Project Manager to administer project contracts and modifications, manage budgets, HSE, quality, external interfaces, risk and change management in the oil and gas sector. The role requires English and Norwegian fluency and a relevant engineering degree.

Expect 5–10 years PM experience, offshore HUET and health cert, and structured onboarding with mobilization and visa support. Competitive terms apply; permanent or project-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineer with bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 5–10 years project manager experience from oil and gas industry.
• Technical background and experience.
• Open and have good management focus and seek best practice experience.
• Proactive and find cost optimal solutions.
• Be close to the customer and the team.
• Have good communication skills, both in writing and oral - English and Norwegian.

Responsabilités

• Administration of the projects in frame agreements with customers, both in project contracts and other modification projects.
• Assure and reach The Companys budget and financial results for the projects assigned.
• Execute and fulfill all obligations that is agreed in contracts (HSE, Quality, financial and plan targets).
• Manage external interfaces with other Contractors.
• Assure that The Companys methods and systems are used in accordance with work processes.
• Assure that the organization has the required and relevant knowledge of regulations, standards and procedures.
• Perform active management of project assigned.
• Perform active risk and change management within projects assigned.
