Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Significant experience in MEP leadership and management within construction.
• Experience delivering integrated MEP solutions across large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe and compliant MEP systems.
• Provide technical direction and leadership for all MEP activities.
• Monitor project performance and compliance for MEP activities.

Skills

Extensive experience in senior MEP or building services roles

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering

Professional membership with a recognised body (CIBSE, IET or equivalent)
