Luzern eCommerce is seeking an experienced Senior Marketplace Manager to own strategy and commercial performance for key brands on Amazon. You will lead and develop a team of Marketplace Managers, bridging strategy with day-to-day execution to drive growth across Amazon Vendor and Seller models.

You will guide client relationships, perform quarterly business reviews, and expand into new marketplaces and services while leveraging Channel Optimizer technology to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in Marketplace or Account Management.
• At least 3 years hands-on Amazon experience (1P/3P).
• Proven leadership and client-facing success.

Aufgaben

• Be the senior point of contact for Amazon Vendor and Seller brands.
• Own commercial performance: sales, profitability, advertising efficiency.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for growth across marketplaces and services.
• Develop annual/quarterly growth plans for 1P and 3P.
• Oversee Vendor levers: negotiations, forecasts, health checks.
• Manage Buy Box, pricing, and inventory health on Seller Central.
• Set Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products/Brands/Display.
• Ensure retail readiness: content, A+ pages, ratings, catalogue hygiene.
• Collaborate with Operations & Marketing on promotions and launches.
• Utilise Channel Optimizer/Compass for actionable insights.
