Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering with a Norwegian employer to hire a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Norway. The role focuses on data-driven marketing performance, budget allocation, and predictive modeling to guide multi-channel investments.

You will build Early LTV models, develop analytics frameworks, and contribute to AI-powered insights. This is a fully remote, senior-level position in a distributed international team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experimentation design.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS).
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting and budget allocation models is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design budget allocation logic across products and channels.
• Develop and validate Early LTV metrics and models for intra-week decisions.
• Build analytic frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics and anomalies.
• Contribute to AI-based analytics tool focused on root-cause detection and opportunities.
• Support the unified BI layer through metric definition and data validation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules and decisions.
