Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Proven track record optimizing campaigns toward measurable lead or demo goals.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and exclusions.
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion-focused copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram from planning to scaling.
• Lead generation, demo bookings, appointments, and other high-intent conversion events.
• Develop audience strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and funnel segmentation.
• Collaborate with design, analytics, and product teams to improve campaign performance.
• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution accuracy.
