Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business analytics, or related field.
- At least five years of experience in performance improvement, analytics, or data-driven roles.
- Strong ability to turn data into decisions and business impact.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen how fleet performance is measured, monitored, and improved.
- Identify performance gaps and drive improvement initiatives across functions.
- Develop tools and processes enabling better operational and financial outcomes.
- Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks with clients and internal teams.
- Lead strategic reviews of service delivery models to improve efficiency.
