Wilhelmsen Ship Management is seeking a Senior Manager, Fleet Performance & Value Creation to strengthen how fleet performance is measured, monitored, and improved. You will work across functions to identify gaps and develop practical tools and processes that deliver better operational and financial outcomes.

This role offers broad exposure to fleet operations, technical management, procurement, vessel accounting, hotel operations, and client management, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or related field.
• Proven ability to turn data into decisions and actions.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps through structured analysis and insights.
• Increase transparency around fleet performance and cost drivers.
• Review spending, procurement, and operating practices to strengthen cost discipline.
• Develop forecasting tools and management routines to spot gaps early.
• Partner with operational teams to improve efficiency in areas like dry-docking, procurement, and fuel consumption.
• Analyze consumption drivers, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions.
• Lead benchmarking across the fleet for best practices and improvements.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic reviews of service delivery models to improve effectiveness and identify synergies.
• Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
