Job summary

Felicity J Lord Estate Agents is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Islington to drive landlord relationships, win new business and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will negotiate offers, manage tenancies and contribute to a high-performing team within the Spicerhaart network.

The role offers strong earning potential with an uncapped commission scheme, a company car for senior level, and opportunities for industry training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a track record of client satisfaction.
• Ability to win new business and manage landlord relationships.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/price properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business and canvass the local area.
• Door knock and distribute leaflets when needed.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
