Job summary

haart Estate Agents in South Woodford is seeking an ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to lead a busy lettings office. You will coach the team to hit KPIs, drive performance, and foster landlord and tenant relationships while negotiating tenancies and ensuring compliance.

The role offers a competitive package with uncapped commission, a base salary, and generous benefits including 30 days leave and funded training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in residential lettings is essential (min 2 years at Senior Negotiator level or higher).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team.
• Coach the team to achieve KPIs and drive performance.
• Monitor and assess individual team member performance.
• Develop and progress team members and create business plans.
• Generate new and repeat business and nurture landlord/tenant relationships.
• Negotiate offers and tenancy extensions and ensure regulatory compliance.

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford:

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI's
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
