Job summary

Felicity J Lord Estate Agents is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead Islington’s lettings desk. You will build landlord and tenant relationships, negotiate deals and deliver an exceptional client experience under a renowned London brand.

You will receive industry-leading training, uncapped earning potential, and clear career progression as part of a busy Islington team. The role emphasizes strong communication, guidance, and market insight to grow instructions and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers and tenancy terms.
• Develop and maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
• Assess/price properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants and generate new business.
• Canvass the local area and support campaigns.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:
