The Role

As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll get structured training from day one and quickly start taking on real ownership across the full recruitment process.

You'll build expertise across:

• Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market research.
• Interviewing candidates and getting under the skin of what drives their careers.
• Owning the recruitment process end-to-end, from brief to successful placement.
• Developing new business and building your own client portfolio.
• Negotiating salaries and offers with confidence.
• Delivering sharp market insight, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.
• Becoming the go-to expert in your specialist market.
• Delivering a first-class experience for every client and candidate.

As you prove yourself, you'll take on more of your own clients, candidates and market — building the commercial instincts and relationship skills that define a top-performing recruiter.

Working Hours

You’ll have the chance to specialise in either the European or US market, with hours aligned to your team.

European Markets

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

US Markets

• Monday – Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
• Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
