Job summary

Nordea Liv is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to manage and operate its strategic Life Insurance and Pension platform in a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will oversee operational and technical maintenance, compliance, and vendor collaboration, delivering resilient services across cloud-based and legacy systems in a SaaS operating model. Based in Bergen or Oslo, you’ll join a high-impact service operations team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and outsourced services.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for Nordea Liv’s Insurance & Pension platform.
• Coordinate operation, maintenance, and support for service quality.
• Monitor cloud consumption and licensing costs.
• Ensure compliance with information security and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in projects, migrations, testing and upgrades.
