Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in facilities management, engineering, operations, construction, business, or related field.
• 12+ years in facilities management, integrated facilities management, or corporate real estate operations.
• 5+ years leading complex multi-site or regional operations with direct people leadership.
• Experience operating facilities that support manufacturing, engineering, laboratories, aviation, or other tech environments.
• Ownership of operating budgets, forecasts, contracts, vendor performance, and service levels.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, work-order management, and asset lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build teams, standardize operations, and drive accountability across dispersed locations.
• Executive-level communication and judgment; ability to translate issues into business decisions.
• Ability to travel frequently and respond to time-sensitive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and lifecycle performance across international facilities after turnover.
• Establish and lead a regional operating model with site accountability and escalation paths.
• Develop annual site operating plans, service models, staffing approaches, and priorities.
• Serve as senior international escalation point for facility reliability, workplace service, vendor, and site-continuity issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional Facilities teammates; manage providers and scorecards.
• Create consistent workplace and customer-service experiences across manufacturing, office, hangar, and classified environments.
• Maintain a site risk register, vendor performance view, and action plans; monitor KPIs and operating reviews.
• Coordinate with Real Estate on lease obligations and portfolio strategy.
