Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS søker en erfaren Senior Instrument Engineer for å lede disipliningeniørarbeid innen prosess-, instrument- og sikkerhetssystemer offshore. Stillingen krever bred erfaring og evne til å samarbeide tett med kunder og leverandører.

Du vil jobbe med endringsprosesser, dokumentasjon og tegninger som SCD og loop-tegninger, samt bestilling av instrumentmaterialer for offshore installasjoner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- eller Mastergrad i ingeniørfag
• Minimum 10 års relevant erfaring i olje- og gassindustrien
• Kjennskap til relevante forskrifter og standarder (NORSOK, PTIL, API)
• Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper skriftlig og muntlig

Responsibilities

• Senior DRE har ansvar for disipliningeniøraktiviteter.
• Sørge for at arbeidet følger plan og rapporteres.
• Identifisere og loggføre endringer i endringskontrollsystemet.
• Produsere/forstå dokumentasjon og tegninger (Cauce & Effect, SCD, loop drawings for prosess, Fire & Gas og sikkerhet).
• Revisere eksisterende dokumentasjon og tegninger.
• Disiplinkontroll og godkjenning av dokumenter.
• Bestille instrumentmaterialer til offshore-installasjon.
• Forstå P&IDs og tverrfaglige tegninger.
• Diskutere løsninger med kunde og leverandører for å finne optimale tekniske løsninger.

Job Description:

• Senior Discipline Responsible Engineer (Senior DRE) is responsible for discipline engineering activities.
• The Senior DRE shall ensure that the work within the discipline is carried out according to plan and that progress is reported.
• The Senior DRE shall ensure that potential changes/deviations are identified and logged in accordance with project change control system.
• Produce/understand new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.
• Revise existing documentation and drawings.
• Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project.
• Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation.
• Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines.
• Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree Lack of education requires 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• More than 10 years experience in engineering within the Oil&Gas industry.
• Grunnleggende EX kurs, enten 22,5 timer i klasserom eller 6-8 timer online
• FSE høy og lavtspent med førstehjelp

Personal Traits:

• Must have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as NORSOK, PTIL and API standards
• High degree of self learning skills
• Good communication
• Excellent Norwegian and English writing & speaking skills
• Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation
