Job summary

DOF Subsea Norway seeks a Senior HSEQ Coordinator to drive safety, compliance and quality across projects from planning to closure. You will support the HSEQ Integrated Management System and embed a strong safety culture both onshore and offshore.

The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, NEBOSH qualification, and excellent communication. You will lead audits, risk assessments, and knowledge sharing while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSEQ experience.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and improvement of DOF’s HSEQ Integrated Management System.
• Provide HSEQ support to tenders and projects, including documentation, KPIs and compliance.
• Support HSEQ risk management at departmental and project levels; maintain risk registers.
• Lead HSEQ inspections and audits and participate in incident investigations.
• Support HSEQ training initiatives onshore and offshore; facilitate lessons learned.
• Contribute to a strong HSEQ culture and to departmental and company objectives.
