Job summary

DOF Subsea Norway seeks a Senior HSEQ Coordinator to support projects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality. You will drive continuous improvement and foster a strong HSEQ culture across the organisation.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, training, and knowledge sharing across onshore and offshore teams, leveraging a NEBOSH qualification and experience in offshore, subsea, marine, energy, or project-based operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• NEBOSH qualification required.
• Strong HSEQ competence with analytical, solution-oriented, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-organisation collaboration.

Responsibilities

• HSEQ Management: Develop, implement, maintain and improve HSEQ Integrated Management System and templates.
• Project & Tender Support: Provide HSEQ support to tenders and projects, including KPIs and compliance.
• Risk Management: Facilitate risk assessments and maintain project risk registers.
• Audits & Investigations: Lead inspections/audits and oversee incident investigations.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support HSEQ training onshore and offshore, share lessons learned.
• HSEQ Culture & Objectives: Support culture and achievement of HSEQ objectives.
