Job summary

Right Skills AS in Stavanger is seeking an Alliance HSE Supervisor to support day-to-day HSE, risk and compliance across offshore and onshore operations. The role is based in Stavanger and involves liaising with contractors and vendors to improve safety performance.

You will lead incident investigations, audits and regulatory compliance efforts, and develop HSE policies and programs in line with Norwegian and international standards. Travel offshore as required.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in the energy industry.
• Detailed knowledge of coastal state regulatory requirements affecting operations.
• Knowledge of Norwegian and international regulatory requirements, legislation and offshore codes.
• Expert knowledge of HSE management systems and continual improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance Manager with regional HSE activities.
• Assist in development and maintenance of HSE policies and procedures.
• Coordinate interface documents with clients, emergency response plans and risk studies.
• Prepare, review and maintain HSE Cases for rigs and facilities.
• Act as the primary contact for HSE, risk and compliance inquiries in the region.
