Job summary

DOF is seeking a Senior HSEQ Coordinator to support the HSEQ activities across projects in Norway. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, manage HSEQ documentation, and contribute to a strong HSEQ culture within a multinational organisation. The role requires the ability to analyse data and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Analytical, solution-oriented and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• HSEQ Management: Support the development, implementation and improvement of DOF’s HSEQ Integrated Management System.
• Project & Tender Support: Provide HSEQ support to tenders and projects, including HSEQ KPIs and compliance with policies.
• Risk Management: Facilitate project risk assessments and maintain project risk registers.
• Audits & Investigations: Lead HSEQ inspections and audits and support investigations and non-conformity follow-up.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support HSEQ training onshore and offshore and Lessons Learned sessions.
• HSEQ Culture & Objectives: Contribute to a strong HSEQ culture and achieve departmental objectives.
