Job summary

TwoScore - HSEQ Recruitment is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support a major data centre project in Norway. This hands-on, site-based role requires driving EHS performance across a complex construction environment and building strong relationships with operational teams and contractors.

You will lead EHS leadership, review plans and risk assessments, conduct site inspections and investigations, and promote a positive safety culture with visible leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience on major construction projects with EHS leadership.
• Data centre, mission-critical or complex MEP project experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and assurance across the project.
• Collaborate with project leadership, main contractor and subcontractors.
• Review EHS plans, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Oversee high-risk activities such as lifting, working at height, temporary works, and energisation.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure EHS controls are in place.
• Lead incident and high-potential near-miss investigations.
• Monitor EHS performance, trends and corrective actions.
• Drive a positive safety culture and challenge unsafe practices.
