Job summary

MacGregor is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to actively participate in market research, develop new offshore solutions, and promote and sell solutions worldwide. The role requires leveraging an established network and strong commercial drive to support growth and innovation globally.

Based in Norway (Bergen, Kristiansand or Arendal), you will lead strategic sales initiatives, build lasting customer relationships, and negotiate complex contracts while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of offshore market and existing industry network.
BSc/MSc in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Skilled in complex contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
Experience in creating sales plans and developing budgets.
Fluent in written and spoken English; able to travel worldwide.
