Job summary

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent required.
• Professional membership (IFSM/IOSH or similar) essential.
• Significant experience managing Fire Risk Assessment programmes.
• Experience overseeing Type 1–4 FRAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FRA programme across housing assets.
• Oversee Type 1–4 FRAs and FRA reporting.
• Manage Fire Risk Assessors and Fire Door Inspectors teams.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation and regulatory orders.
• Produce strategic fire safety planning and reports.
• Engage residents and stakeholders on risk measures.
