Job summary

Brandon James Limited in London is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join as the first appointment within the South East team. You will assess residential and commercial properties across London and Brighton, with travel expanding locally as the team grows.

Salary £50,000–£55,000 plus car allowance, bonus schemes and fully funded training. The role offers hybrid working, mentoring from directors and opportunities to progress into leadership as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ fire risk assessment experience across residential and/or commercial properties.
• Level 4 FRA qualification preferred.
• Sound technical knowledge of fire risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake FRAs across residential and commercial properties, initially London and Brighton.
• Manage project portfolios with the lead validator.
• Mentor and develop future assessors; contribute to standards for the South East team.
• Collaborate with directors on risk assessment methods and data analytics.
