Job summary

Goodman Masson is recruiting on behalf of a London social housing organisation for an Interim Fire Remediation Manager. You will lead fire safety remediation across a residential portfolio, working with asset teams, contractors and residents to ensure statutory and best-practice delivery.

You will have extensive experience in fire safety remediation, knowledge of relevant legislation, and a proven track record of managing contractors and remediation projects within social housing or similar

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering fire safety remediation programmes and actions from FRAs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory fire safety frameworks and building safety legislation.
• Proven ability to manage fire safety contractors and remediation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee fire safety remediation programmes across residential housing.
• Prioritise actions based on risk and ensure timely delivery.
• Quality assurance audits of remediation works and contractor performance.
